Do you enjoy reading? Let’s make it even more special by creating handmade bookmarks that your kids will enjoy. It can spark creativity and reflect personality which will make reading more exciting.

Here are some fun and creative bookmark ideas to try:

Doodle Bookmarks

Cut a blank card and let your kids fill them with doodles, encouraging words or different and colorful patterns.

Photo Tassel Bookmarks

Print a family photo, laminate it and punch a hole at the top for a ribbon tassel. Perfect for keeping loved ones close during storytime.

Favorite Character Cutouts

Print or cut out a picture of your child’s favorite cartoon or movie character. Glue it to cardstock and cut around the edges then laminate for durability. It’s like taking a reading buddy along for every reading adventure.
